Caffé Nostro means “our coffee”.   Miscela means “blend” in Italian.  The Extra Bar is our boldest blend. We have created a blend of beans, roasted perfectly, that any espresso aficionados dream about.    In fact, Italian baristas insist that the best espressos are made from a blend of beans.  See video below. 

Miscela Extra Bar is a blend that has been roasted on the darker range of medium/dark spectrum.  The color of the beans is a chocolate brown. Extra Bar blend produces an espresso with toasty and pleasurable hint of bitterness.
